We are an out-of-network provider and payment is due at time of service. We accept payment by cash, checks, and most major credit cards. Many insurance plans now provide coverage for acupuncture treatments, however each plan is different. If you do have out-of-network benefits, we will provide you with an itemized superbill complete with codes necessary for submission to your health insurance for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for information on your out-of-network acupuncture coverage. We do not guarantee insurance coverage or reimbursement.
We will be able to answer specific questions about your prognosis and expected progress during an initial evaluation. Over the first couple treatments we will establish a baseline for how your body responds to treatment.
Our treatment model is based upon the three phases of healing: relief, corrective, and preventative.
In the relief phase, we focus on alleviating symptoms while simultaneously addressing the underlying cause of the symptoms. Once the symptoms have decreased or been eliminated, the treatments will then focus on restoring optimal physiological function. When signs and tests confirm that health is restored, we help you create an individualized plan to maintain your health and prevent imbalances from reoccurring.
Our experienced acupuncturists use a gentle technique emphasizing comfort, safety, and effectiveness. Once all of the needles have been placed, many patients experience a deeply relaxed state while they rest during the treatment.
There is a growing body of modern clinical research validating the efficacy of acupuncture and alternative medicine for many conditions! In our clinic, we have facilitated the healing process for thousands of patients with complex health issues.

The first session for NAET includes a comprehensive evaluation and takes up to an hour. During the evaluation we will thoroughly discuss your health history, review your signs and symptoms, review previous lab tests, and prepare any additional testing. You will need to arrive early in order to complete necessary paperwork. Follow-up treatment visits last about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Avoid caffeine and alcohol for at least 3 hours prior to treatment and make sure you've had something to eat. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes and try to avoid strenuous activity immediately following your treatment. Give yourself time to rest and integrate the session before exercising or going to work etc. Be prepared to follow dietary guidelines in accordance with NAET treatments for 25 hours after your session.
Certain drugs and health conditions may be contraindicated with herbal medicine, however your acupuncturist will only prescribe herbs that are safe and suitable. Most herbal medicines and supplements should be taken several hours apart from prescription drugs. Check with your medical provider if you have any questions. Always make sure that your health forms have an accurate and complete list of all medicines/supplements that you are taking.
